How To Cook Oatmeal Smoothie With Dates, Coffee And Cocoa - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Oatmeal smoothie with dates, coffee and cocoa". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 milliliters of oat milk
  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 4 dates (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2-4 tablespoons espresso coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2-3 ice cubes


Method of preparation :

Mix the oatmeal and nuts in a blender, add the dates, cocoa and coconut oil. Then pour a few tablespoons of espresso and put ice cubes.

Beat and the drink is ready.

You can add ice to the already prepared smoothie, instead of breaking it together with the other products.
