How To Cook Oatmeal Stir With Chia, Dried Apricots And Honey - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/4 tea cup oatmeal
  • 1.5 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tea cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 tea cup skim yogurt
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots or 1 cup fresh (canned)
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons honey

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the oatmeal with the chia seeds, pour the almond milk over them, add the orange juice, yoghurt, apricots and beat everything with a blender. Add the almond extract and sweeten with honey. Beat once more briefly, pour into a suitable glass and serve.
