Required products :
250 grams of oatmeal
170 grams of a mix of dried fruits of your choice
150 grams of butter
75 grams of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of honey
50 grams of hazelnuts (or walnuts)
Method of preparation :
Mix the butter with the sugar and honey in a saucepan, put on low heat and stir until the products are completely melted.
Then remove the pan from the heat and add the oatmeal, dried fruit and chopped hazelnuts to the sweet combination.
Distribute the resulting mixture in a pan, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil. Press to make the layer thick.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (until golden).
