Required products :
- 6 pork chops with bone
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon beef broth
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Method of preparation :
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the steaks.
- Fry them for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, cooking in batches.
- In a small bowl, combine the beef broth, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, paprika and garlic. Stir.
- Transfer the steaks to a pan, sprinkle with the spice mixture and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with the separated sauce.
