How To Cook Pancakes With Butter, Onion, Bacon And Honey Filling - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 450 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 proteins
  • 4 green onion stalks - use only the white part, finely chopped
  • 80 grams of hard yellow cheese
  • 80 grams of lard - melted
  • 20 grams of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 thin slices of bacon

for honey sauce:

  • 80 grams of honey
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons of salt

Method of preparation :

Combine flour, salt and milk in a bowl.

Beat the egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks and transfer them to the flour mixture. Stir and add onion, grated yellow cheese and melted lard.

Heat a frying pan and put olive oil and butter in it. When melted, start baking thick pancakes (put about 1/3 tea cup of the mixture for each pancake). Transfer them to a plate and cover to keep them warm while you cook the rest.

Fry the bacon until golden.

Meanwhile, melt the butter, honey and salt in a saucepan. Serve the flight pancakes with the honey filling and a few slices of bacon.
