Required products :
600 grams of paradise apples
300 milliliters of natural yogurt
1 banana
1 tablespoon oatmeal
Method of preparation :
Wash and dry the paradise apples, clean them of leaves and seeds (if any). Peel a banana and cut it into random pieces. Mix the fruits, add the yoghurt and oatmeal. Beat everything with a blender, distribute the smoothie in suitable cups and enjoy the taste of health.
