We present you an idea for an appetizer with pasta, spinach, olives and garlic. The products are for 8 servings , and the production will take about 20 minutes . Nice cooking!

Necessary products

1 packet (340 grams) of farfale paste
300 grams of baby spinach, finely chopped
60 grams of crushed feta cheese with basil and tomatoes
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 can (400 grams) black olives, drained and finely chopped
1 tea cup Italian salad dressing
4 minced garlic cloves
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method of preparation

Boil the pasta in a large saucepan with salted water until soft. Follow the instructions on the package. Remove from the heat, rinse with cold water and drain.

Take a large enough bowl and put the pasta, spinach, cheese, onion and olives in it. Stir well.

In a small bowl, mix the dressing, garlic cloves, garlic powder, lemon juice and pepper. Pour over the salad and stir again.
