Required products :
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (large)
- 1/4 tea cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tea tomato sauce for pizza
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella (mature)
- 4 slices of pepperoni or other sausage
Method of preparation :
Turn the oven to 200 degrees.
Combine the breadcrumbs with parmesan, salt and pepper. Put the flour in another plate and beat the egg with the lemon juice in the third.
Dip the chicken breasts in the egg, then in the flour and finally in the breadcrumbs and parmesan mixture.
Put the meat in a pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Spread the tomato pizza sauce on both breasts, add the mozzarella and slices of salami.
Bake briefly to melt the mozzarella and cook the meat completely - about 10 minutes.
