Required products :

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 100 grams of canned tuna in oil
  • connection green onions
  • for flavoring: olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, salt

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes (without peeling them in advance) until ready. Once cool enough, peel them and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the green onions, leaving some of the slices and a few feathers to decorate the finished salad.

Mash the canned fish with a fork, adding olive oil and lemon juice.

Mix the products, season to taste and stir.

Shape the salad beautifully (you can use a culinary ring for this purpose), arrange with green onions and serve.
