Required products :

300 grams of chicken fillet (maybe another if you prefer)

6 medium potatoes

1 tomato

2 tablespoons flour

2 eggs

a little grated yellow cheese

sauce of choice

parsley

spices and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into small pieces.

Season with salt and spices of your choice, add 1 tablespoon of flour, one egg and stir.

Peel and grate the potatoes, drain the liquid, add salt, add the other spoonful of flour and the second egg. Stir.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and put a layer of potato mixture with a thickness of approximately 6 - 8 millimeters. Distribute evenly, flatten the surface and bake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. So make two loaves.

Roast the chicken in a separate pan on both sides. When done, turn once more and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Leave briefly on the stove to melt the latter.

If you prefer, put a whole piece of yellow cheese.

Put the chicken on the potato pan, followed by tomato rings, sprinkle with chopped parsley and sauce of your choice.

Close the sandwich with a second potato cake and you're done.

Enjoy your meal!
