Required products :
6 potatoes
1 onion
200 grams of ham or a suitable sausage of your choice
200 grams of yellow cheese
2 eggs
dill to taste
4 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Grate the raw peeled potatoes, ham, onion and yellow cheese on a coarse grater. Mix all these products, add eggs, flour, finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper. Mix the "minced meat" well. Using a tablespoon, scoop out of it and fry the meatballs in hot oil on both sides until golden.
