Necessary products:

  • 200 grams of potatoes
  • 30 grams of onions
  • 30 grams of cucumber
  • 2 thin slices of ham
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

for the sauce

  • 60 grams of cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 3-4 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 ice cream cones

Method of preparation:

In a saucepan, combine the milk, flour and heat the mixture until it thickens. Turn off the heat, add the cheese and stir until melted. Set the sauce aside.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of water and put them in the microwave for 5 minutes at 500 watts.

 

Then add the cucumber, onion, ham, egg, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

 

Stir and use a scoop of ice cream to form balls of salad.

 

Put them in the cones and decorate with lettuce leaves. Garnish with the sauce you prepared earlier and serve.
