Boil the potatoes, cool them in cold water and peel them. Cut into small cubes and place in a bowl. Stew and cool the fish fillet. Chop it finely and add to the potatoes. Add onion, chopped eggs, salt and pepper.
Stir and garnish with strained milk, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with dill, stir and cool the salad for an hour. Arrange on a plate, serve and enjoy its taste.
