Method of preparation:
Pour water into a saucepan, put the potatoes and boil them. Cool, peel and cut into cubes. Put them in a bowl.
Wash, finely chop the radishes and add them to the salad, along with the pickles. Chop parsley, garlic, dill and season.
Season with pickle juice, salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise, stir and cool the mixture. Serve the salad on your own, or optionally on a slice. Eat and enjoy.
