Required products:

2 pieces of melted cheese

7 potatoes

1 carrot

1 onion

5 grains of black pepper

1 bay leaf

dill

parsley

oil

Method of preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the dill and parsley, onion and carrot grate. Put the potatoes in boiling water to boil for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the onions and carrots in oil until golden and add to the potatoes. Then add the melted cheese, cut into pieces and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat, add salt, peppercorns, bay leaf, chopped parsley and dill, close the pan and let the flavors and aromas absorb (about 3 minutes).

The soup is ready.
