How To Cook Protein Pudding With Peanut Butter (for Athletes) - Recipe

Necessary products for 2 servings:

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1/2 cup skim yogurt

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

sweetener to taste

1/2 tsp vanilla extract or to taste

2 tablespoons apple puree without sugar

2 tablespoons low-calorie almond milk

1 tbsp crushed peanuts - optional

Method of preparation:

Pour the peanut butter into a suitable container and put in the microwave for about 20 seconds (it should soften). Add the yogurt and stir. Then the remaining products, stirring constantly by hand until a homogeneous mixture.

Pour into a glass, sprinkle with crushed peanuts.

Nutritional information for 1 serving: 248 calories, 29g protein, 11g carbohydrates, 10g fat.
