Busy mothers, single ladies and anyone who has difficulty reconciling their professional commitments with the household can make their daily life much easier if they rely on some useful tactics. All of them are selected and recommended personally by people who have already created their better version of the organization in order to ensure comfort in everyday life, and to adhere to the principles of complete nutrition.
If you do not start predicting what you will eat during the week, you will probably often lose control of the situation. Strict planning does not apply to those who are freelancers or take advantage of the luxury of floating working hours.
It will be better for everyone else to make a menu for the coming days and not to improvise on the go, because they may be unprepared. So you have no idea what you need to buy, what you will cook and how long it will cost you, as well as which of the products need pre-processing.
Having the right amount of products is a huge advantage in today's fast-paced life. When the fridge is empty, you don't have many options - you have to go to the store. It is far more comfortable to have already ticked off the shopping task, especially if you have done so, guided by next week's Kaufland brochure promotions.
Make a list of sample foods that you usually include in your diet and ensure that you quickly prepare the main favorite recipes for your family.
These may include:
- Lentils, beans, rice and corn;
- Spaghetti;
- Milk, cheese, yellow cheese;
- Suitable cans;
- Tahini;
- Olive oil;
- Eggs;
- Nuts, fruits, vegetables.
The ideas are exemplary and depend on the combinations you use regularly to provide meals for you and your family members. It is important that they are available just when you need them. This way you will always be able to mix cream soup, omelet, nutritious salad, casserole or pasta in minutes in Italian. It is a matter of choice and imagination on your part.
Today, cooking requires us to be not only combinatorial and inventive, but also to think strategically. When you bake something in the oven, you can put a tray of vegetables on the second level, which you will use tomorrow for soup, for example. Follow your planned menu and work on the blanks in advance, a day or two in advance to be most useful and save your time.
You can always freeze ready-made foods that you will need later. This can be leftovers from dinner or just cooked and processed products, which you will then subject to additional cooking.
Sometimes leftovers can become a second idea for dinner or breakfast. If the boiled potatoes were more and were not put in the salad, tomorrow they can be mashed for cream soup. The examples are numerous, the important thing is to approach them with a desire to find their application, and not to throw them away or stagnate in the refrigerator.
The stronger sex like to join the kitchen and cancel the ladies next to them.
Everyone can take part in this process, do not take away their function, even when it comes to children. If they are smaller, they could help you arrange the table, place the napkins and utensils. Sometimes this is enough for you to do other things and be able to pour yourself a glass of wine.
Putting the dishes in the dishwasher and disposing of garbage are also part of the tasks in the home that are related to nutrition and can be taken over by your loved ones.
Here instead of "Yes", we would say "Hurray"! Fortunately, modern technologies are actively developing and bring us unique pleasure in the use of household appliances.
Do not sit down to cut cabbage salad by hand, but trust your food processor. Do not load the stove every night, but put the dish in the multicooker, where it will be cooked only, which will not be at the expense of taste. You can charge the slow cookers for the night. While you are resting, the food will be cooked and in the morning it will be completely ready for use at lunch or the next dinner.
Get quality ceramic knives, choppers and blenders that will be excellent helpers in the kitchen when you want to grind, grind to make sauces, soups, dressings or want to consume smoothies.
