Necessary products

For swamps:

dates and almonds in a ratio of 2: 1

 

For cream:

1 cup raw cashews or walnuts

juice of 1 lemon

1/2 teaspoon honey

2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted in a water bath)

pinch of Himalayan salt

a little water (about 1/3 cup of tea)

a lot of blueberries

cocoa

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the almonds and dates in a food processor until they stick together like dough and then distribute in a flat plate, forming a wall at the end.

 

* If you do not have a food processor, the necessary products for swamps can

be crushed into small pieces.

 

Pour into the blender all the products for making the cream, without the blueberries and cocoa, beat at high speed until a creamy mixture is formed.

Pour the finished cream on the marsh, having previously put a layer of blueberries on the bottom of the dish.

Sprinkle the cake with cocoa and decorate as desired. In this case, pieces of kiwi and chocolate bars were used. You can replace the latter with grated natural chocolate to make the sweet temptation absolutely healthy.
