Required products :
- 400 grams of fresh strawberries
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of softened butter
- 80 grams of sugar
- 80 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to heat.
Clean, wash and dry the fresh strawberries, cut the larger ones into 2 or 4 parts, depending on the size.
Grease a baking dish with oil, pour in the fruit (the layer should be even), sprinkle them with 2-3 teaspoons of sugar.
Beat the eggs with a mixer together with the soft butter, the remaining sugar and add a pinch of salt.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the egg-butter mixture gradually, stirring with a spoon.
Pour the finished dough over the strawberries and place the form on the middle level in the already preheated oven.
Baking time is about 25-30 minutes and 180 degrees.
