Required products :
300 grams of radish
2 eggs
3 green onion stalks
3 tablespoons sour cream
fennel stalk
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash and clean the radishes, cut them to your liking, it is important that the pieces are the same size.
Boil the eggs hard, peel and cut them as well.
Mix the two main products in a salad bowl or other suitable container.
It remains to taste. To do this, make a sauce of cream and chopped green onions, dill, salt and pepper.
Mix all products and stir.
The delicious spring salad is ready.
