Required products :

  • 200 grams of radish
  • 150 grams of arugula
  • 200 grams of Emmental cheese
  • parsley
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • salt and other spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the radishes into circles, chop the arugula with your hands, cut the cheese into pieces, cut the parsley into small pieces. Mix all this in a suitable bowl.

Make a dressing, lightly beating the mustard in the vinegar, add salt and pepper, oil. Season the salad with this sauce.
