Determine the quantities yourself according to your taste preferences and the number of servings you want to receive. If you do not like any of the listed spices, do not use it.

Method of preparation :

Soak the rice in cold water for an hour, then drain. Put clean water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, add salt and pour over the rice. Boil it until fully cooked. At the end of cooking, add a little olive oil, pepper and stir.

Put green spices and herbs in a bowl of cold water for 5-7 minutes, then rinse. Take them out of the water, let them drain from it and when they dry, cut them into small pieces. Mix them with the rice. Form beautiful portions in a flat plate that you can decorate with olives, thin slices of fresh cucumber or your choice.

This rice goes perfectly with grilled fish and roasted meat. You can also serve it with a salad of fresh vegetables and white semi-sweet wine.

Enjoy your meal!
