How To Cook Roasted Salmon With Garlic Sauce And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of salmon (fillet)
  • 1 large onion
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • connection dill and / or parsley
  • a piece of butter
  • left

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cover the pan with a sheet of aluminum foil and grease it with oil. Add the fish fillet and season with salt and ground black pepper.

 

Cut the onion head into slices and cover the fish evenly with them.

 

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the crushed garlic cloves, lemon juice and mustard.

 

Apply the resulting sauce on the onion rings and spread the grated yellow cheese and finely chopped green spices on top.

 

 

Cover the fillet with foil and bake in the already hot oven. In 15-18 minutes it will be ready. Then remove the aluminum sheet and let the fish bake for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese turns into a golden crust.
