Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes (can be multicolored - red, purple)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped celery stalk
  • 70 grams of ham, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chives or greens
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint or dill
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes in salted water until ready - about 12-20 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes, then peel and chop.

Add celery, parsley, onion, mint and parsley. Stir and add the buttermilk, lemon juice and season. Finally, add the boiled eggs.

Stir and serve the salad.
