Learn how to cook "Salad of sauerkraut with onions, cheese and boiled eggs". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of sauerkraut
100 grams of yellow cheese
2 boiled eggs
parsley root
1/2 onion
3 tablespoons oil
ground black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the sauerkraut and drain the liquid. Using a large grater, grate the yellow cheese and cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
Onions and parsley root cut into straws.
In a suitable bowl, mix all the prepared products, season with ground black pepper and salt to taste. Mix the salad well, pour oil and serve with chopped parsley leaves, if desired.
