Method of preparation :
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Season the meat with pepper and salt and fry for 6-7 minutes until done, turning the fillets from time to time.
In a bowl, mix the sweet and hot sauce with the rice vinegar, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix all the vegetables with the rice, add the meat and stir. Drizzle with the dressing and store the salad in the refrigerator. The longer it stays with the dressing, the more it will absorb the flavors.
Serve the salad cold.
