How To Cook Salad With Chickpeas, Mint, Radishes, Cheese And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tomatoes, washed and dried
  • 1 cucumber
  • 20 grams of fresh mint
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 100 grams of shredded cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • salt, lemon juice, olive oil to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put chickpeas in a bowl, add salt and season with lemon juice and olive oil. Peel a squash, grate it and add it to the salad.

Peel and dry the onion, saturate it, cut the pepper, radish into strips and add them. Chop parsley, mint and season the salad.

Stir and crush the cheese. Cool and serve the salad with a drink of your choice.
