Heat olive oil and fry the spices in it. Add chickpeas, zucchini and stir to cover well with fat and spices. Stew for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the mushrooms and fry until done. You should put the pieces of tomato, put a lid on the pan and stew for 2-3 minutes. Serve the salad warm.
