How To Cook Salad With Couscous, Vegetables And Chicken - Recipe

  • 200 grams of couscous
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1-2 sprigs of parsley
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 wooden skewers
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation:
