Learn how to cook "Salted with Parmesan cheese, spices and garlic oil". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 1/4 teaspoons warm water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 225 grams of butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 100-150 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, mix the warm water, honey and yeast. After about 5 minutes, when the yeast is activated, add the flour, salt and knead a pliable dough, leave it for half an hour in a greased bowl.

When it rises, take it out on a floured board and divide it into 4-6 parts. Roll each of them, then form thin "ropes", which you cut (the length of the pieces is your choice).

In a blender, grind the parmesan together with the spices (oregano, rosemary and thyme). You should get crumbs, pour them into a bowl.

Mix the melted butter and garlic powder.

Dip each pickle in the aromatic fat, then roll in the Parmesan crumbs with spices and arrange in a tray (cover the bottom with paper).

Bake in the oven (at 200 degrees) for about 15-20 minutes, until the breading turns brown.

Immediately remove the saltines from the pan until they are sticky.

Make it crispy!
