Required ingredients :

  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 large cloves of garlic, peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • left cashier
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 700 grams of peeled shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lime or lemon, cut into slices

Method of preparation :

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Stew the garlic for about 2 minutes until soft.
  • Sprinkle with the three types of paprika, cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.
  • Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, stirring until pink.
  • Turn the shrimp over and cook for another 2 minutes, being careful not to overcook them.
  • Arrange them on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
  • Serve the shrimp warm with a garnish of boiled rice and a glass of your favorite wine.

Note!

If the size of the pan does not allow you to distribute the shrimp in one layer without accumulating on top of each other, divide them into two pans, along with the sauce.
