Required products :
- 1/4 tea beer
- 1/4 tea cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 12 raw shrimps, peeled, with tails
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 8-10 sprigs of thyme
Method of preparation :
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
- Mix the vegetables and herbs in a small round pan and pour the beer over them. Stir.
- Spread the shrimp on top and sprinkle with melted butter.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with thyme sprigs.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the shrimp are fully cooked.
- Serve the shrimp warm with freshly baked homemade bread.
