Required products :
- 60 milliliters of liquid honey
- 60 milliliters of water
- 2 tea cups peaches, cut into slices about 1.5 centimeters thick
- lavender stalks
- soda
- ice cubes
For garnish :
- peach slices
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- lavender leaves
Method of preparation :
- Heat the honey, water and peaches in a saucepan over low heat. The goal is to soften the fruit without boiling the mixture.
- Mash to a smooth consistency and place a sprig of fresh lavender until the mixture has cooled completely to room temperature.
- Place a few ice cubes on the bottom of each glass and pour the peach mixture and baking soda in a ratio of 1: 3.
- Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnish with slices of peach and lavender leaves.
- Stir and serve with a smile.
