For lovers of hot we present a recipe for spaghetti with hot peppers and garlic. The ingredients are for 4 servings, and cooking will take you about 20 minutes !

 

Necessary products

  • 1 packet (400 grams) of spaghetti
  • 3 red hot peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Put a saucepan of salted water and wait for it to boil. Pour the spaghetti inside and cook for a few minutes, according to the instructions on the package.

While the spaghetti is cooking, peel the hot peppers from the seeds and cut them into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and peppers inside for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain the spaghetti and place in the pan. Stir for 1-2 minutes to cover with the other ingredients. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley. You can also add a little hot spaghetti sauce.

Serve the dish while it is still warm. Enjoy your meal!
