Required products :

  • 1/3 tea cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white and brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams of chicken upper legs, boned and skinless
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped hot pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced ​​fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons boiled rice - warm

Method of preparation :

Stir in the chicken broth, oyster, soy and fish sauces, along with the two sugars, until combined.

Cut the chicken very, very finely - like minced meat.
