carrot
oil
maple syrup
freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt
ground black pepper
thyme

Method of preparation :

Peel and wash the carrots, cut them into thin long strips.
Melt the butter in a pan and then add the orange pieces in it. Close the pan with a lid and let simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring.
Then increase the heat, pour the maple syrup and lemon juice, stew everything for about 2 minutes and finally season with salt, ground black pepper and thyme to taste.
