Cut the fish, zucchini, onion and pepper into small pieces.
Bake the spices in a dry pan until they smell, then crush them.
Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes in oil, add the spices, olives and fish.
Then put the canned tomatoes in their own sauce and let everything simmer over medium heat until cooked through (approximate time is 20-30 minutes)
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
