Cut each of the green bean pods into 2-3 pieces and blanch for 2-3 minutes in salted water.
Saturate the onion and fry in oil until translucent. Then add the chopped tomatoes (peel them in advance), finely chopped garlic, spices and stew for 5-7 minutes without closing the dish with a lid.
Then pour the green beans over the remaining vegetables and stew together for another 10 minutes.
The dish is ready.
