How To Cook Stuffed Tomatoes With Boiled Tongue And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

10 medium round tomatoes
2 onions
boiled tongue or boiled meat to taste
yellow cheese, mozzarella or other cheeses
parsley to taste a
little mayonnaise optionally
oil
spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes, the boiled tongue too (you can replace it with one or more types of meat, use mushrooms instead of meat or vegetables).
Fry the onion in hot oil, add the tongue / meat and 5 minutes later add spices of your choice and taste. Turn off the hob.


Wash the tomatoes, cut them into two equal parts and use a teaspoon to carve the inside.


In each tomato "bowl" put a little of the finished filling and sprinkle with grated cheese or other cheese (you can make a mixture of several different).


Top with a little mayonnaise if desired. Arrange in a tray whose bottom you have covered with foil.
Bake the appetizer in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes (until a yellow crust forms on the surface).


Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
