Required products :
a few tomatoes
200 grams of cream cheese
small bunch of basil
1 - 2 cloves garlic (or to taste)
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the "caps" of the tomatoes and carefully cut the inside (you can carve with a small spoon). Crush the garlic together with the basil, mix with the cream cheese and add salt to taste. Fill the tomato "cups" with the resulting aromatic combination and serve.
