Necessary products:

450 +/- 50 grams of sifted powdered sugar

1 tablespoon gelatin powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 protein

30 milliliters of cold water

1 tablespoon liquid glucose

Method of preparation:

Pour gelatin into a bowl of cold water, stir and allow to swell. Then dissolve it in a water bath and let it cool. When this happens, add glucose, oil and stir. Next is the egg white, stir again and mix with the powdered sugar. Use a kitchen spatula until a mixture suitable for kneading by hand is formed. Place the dough on a plate sprinkled with powdered sugar and knead until smooth. Form a ball and put it in a plastic bag for 1-2 hours.
