Required products :

2 teaspoons cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon sugar
150 grams flour
2 eggs
incomplete teaspoon baking soda or baking powder
frying oil

Method of preparation :

Beat the curd with a mixer or knead it well to avoid lumps in the dough.

Separately beat the sugar with the eggs and mix with the curd. Add the extinguished soda (for sweet dishes it is better to extinguish with lemon juice, but vinegar is also an option) or baking powder.

Gradually add the flour and make a dough.

From it, form cakes, which you fry until golden in hot oil on both sides.

Help yourself with a spoon, the dough is not firm. When turning on the other side, close the container with a lid.

Remove the prepared ones on paper to drain off the excess fat.

You can serve with powdered sugar or sour cream.

Enjoy your meal!
