Required products :
200 grams of pasta
3 eggs
300 grams of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar or more
salt to taste
butter to lubricate the form
Method of preparation :
Boil the pasta until ready in salted water, which then drain.
In a suitable bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, sugar and cream. Pour over the pasta and mix everything.
Grease a pan with oil and transfer the resulting combination into it.
Bake the dish in a preheated 175 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
When the casserole has cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
