Required products :
- 100 grams of rice
- 2 bananas
- 100 grams of butter
- 200 milliliters of fresh milk
- 50 grams of banana chips
- a pinch of nutmeg
Method of preparation :
Wash the rice, fill it with water in a ratio of 1: 3 and place on the stove. Pour in the fresh milk and cook until done
Bananas should be well ripened (even overripe, hard ones are not suitable for use in this recipe), peel them and mash with a fork or grind with a blender.
Grease the pan in which you will prepare the casserole with oil and pour the mixture of rice and banana puree into it. Add pieces of fruit. Flatten the surface, sprinkle with banana chips and a little nutmeg, then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
