Learn how to cook "Three-layer cake with seeds, cream, dried fruits and nuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1.5 teaspoons flour
1.5 teaspoons sour cream
1.5 teaspoons sugar
3 eggs
3 teaspoons baking powder
50 grams poppy, sesame or other seeds
100 grams dried apricots (can raisins or other dried fruits)
0.5 tea cup ground walnuts or other nuts

For cream:

500 grams sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar

fresh fruit for decoration

Method of preparation :

Mix the sour cream and sugar, beat the eggs, add the flour and baking powder. Make a dough, which you divide into 3 parts. Add sliced dried fruit to one, walnuts to the second, and poppy seeds to the third.

Bake 3 marshmallows in a silicone mold that you have previously sprayed with water. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. About 20-25 minutes of baking are needed on each loaf to be ready.

It is recommended not to knead all the dough at once, but consecutively for each loaf: 0.5 cups of flour + 0.5 cream + 0.5 sugar + 1 egg + 1 teaspoon of baking powder and the appropriate additive. While one part is baking, prepare the next.

Prepare the cream by whipping the sour cream with the sugar, including the vanilla.

Assemble the cake by stacking the tops on top of each other and spread the cream between them.

Garnish with pieces of fresh fruit and store the dessert in the cold for a while.

Enjoy your meal!
