Required products :
400 grams of tomatoes
100 grams of green onions
100 grams of parsley
2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Mix the soda with the flour. Finely chop the green onions and parsley, pour them into the flour, then add the diced tomatoes. Season with oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly and from the resulting thick and sticky mixture form meatballs with wet hands. Fry in hot oil.
