Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 onion - finely chopped
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon mix Italian spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 can of 800 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 tea cups tortellini with cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 teaspoons baby spinach
  • 1/3 tea cup cooking cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil to serve

Method of preparation :

Put the butter in a pan to melt, add the onion and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the garlic, after releasing its aroma after a minute, season with a mix of Italian spices, red hot pepper and add the flour.

Stir and after a minute add the tomatoes and tomato paste and broth, mix all products. Add the tortellini and cook for 10 minutes until done.

Finally add the parmesan and cream, stir to combine the products. Add the spinach and wait for it to soften, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with strips of basil leaves when serving.
