Required products :
- 25 grams of spinach
- 25 milliliters of grape seed oil
- 50 grams of raspberries
- 165 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of cocoa
- 10 milliliters of fresh milk
- 115 grams of butter
- 2 broken eggs
- 115 grams of self-swelling flour
Method of preparation :
Grease a small rectangular cake pan and cover it with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare 3 cups.
Puree the spinach with the fat and pour into the first bowl.
Then blend the raspberries with 50 grams of sugar, transfer to the next bowl.
Finally, combine the cocoa and milk.
Mix the butter and sugar with a mixer until a fluffy cream is obtained, to which you add the eggs. Add the flour and mix.
Divide the dough into the three mixtures and mix, you should get green, pink and brown dough.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan - you can make different piles, or pour the layers one after the other, the important thing when combining is not to mix too much so as not to combine the colors into one.
Bake for 25 minutes, until dry.
Cool, then cut the spectacular cake.
