Necessary products:

 

  • 1/4 fresh cabbage
  • 1/4 purple cabbage
  • 1 bunch fresh radishes
  • 1 bunch fresh onions
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt, olive oil
  • 300 grams of yogurt

 

Method of preparation:

 

Finely chop the cabbage for the salad or grate it on a grater. Clean, wash and grate the radishes. Add finely chopped fresh onions.

 

Put the vegetables in a bowl, season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Stir and cool. Garnish with yogurt before serving.
