Required products :

  • 200 grams of unsalted butter
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon white crystal sugar
  • 3.5 teaspoons wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • lubricating oil

 

Method of preparation :

Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand so that it can soften. When this happens, beat it together with the mayonnaise, egg, salt and both types of sugar.

Once you get a homogeneous mixture, add the flour to it, which you pre-sift with baking powder.

Knead a smooth dough. Fill a pastry syringe with it and with the help of a suitable attachment form cakes in a tray covered with a sheet of greased parchment. Leave about an inch between them.

Bake the buttermilk in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Once they turn red (it takes about 15-20 minutes), you can remove.

Submit chilled.
